Founded in 1987 by Angelo and Elisabetta Savia in the area formerly called Piano Nicosia, the heart of the San Berillo district. Subsequently, thanks to the intuition and intelligence of Alfio and Carmelina Savia, the business was moved to its current location on the corner of via Etnea and via Umberto
Here Angelo Savia consolidates the art of the Sicilian tradition, finding in the excellent quality of the raw materials, in the courtesy and professionalism, those strengths that have decreed its success over time. Not only the legendary arancini and the rotisserie but also, therefore, cannoli, Sicilian cassata, almond pastries, marzipan desserts without forgetting the legendary granitas and brioches with "tuppo".
